"Introspective Yosemite," represents a shift in my photographic exploration of Yosemite. Rather than solely celebrating its grand natural beauty, I aim to delve into its complex history marked by violence, segregation, and discrimination by photographing it at an intimate level. Through these introspective images, I hope to encourage Yosemite to come to terms with its past, so it becomes a place of connection and healing for all people.
This series has a mixture of color and B&W images, because I am experimenting with the theme of desegregation.
